[FARC] FARC Meeting Reminder - Monday, 1/21/08

FARC Members:

Don't forget - the January 2008 Frederick Amateur Radio Club meeting is 
coming up on Monday, 1/21/08, starting at 7 PM sharp, in the upstairs 
conference room at the Independent Hose Company fire station on 
Baughmans Lane.

The January meeting each year brings with it elections for FARC Officers 
for that year, so your attendance  and participation is even more 
important than usual since we need a quorum of current members to 
validate the elections.

While all of the current officers have expressed willingness to continue 
to serve in their current positions for 2008, nominations for any of the 
four elected positions (President, Vice President, Secretary and 
Treasurer) are welcome.  Anyone desiring either to run for election 
themselves or to nominate another member for any of these positions can 
make their wishes known by email, by phone, or in person at Monday's 
meeting.
