Kirk,
The reflector more than likely bounced your email because it came from a 
hotmail.com address rather than the msn.com that you subscribed from. 

You can subscribe multiple times from multiple addresses if you'll be 
regularly be sending email to the reflector from more than one address, 
but then you'll get all postings at both addresses, making it a bit of a 
housekeeping chore.
