Once we departed from the usual agenda at Monday's FARC meeting, I 
neglected to mention that Bob Williams KB3RHW has attained his General 
class Ham Radio license, having passed the exam at the CARAFest over in 
Howard County on 10/7/07. 

Please join me in offering a hearty CONGRATULATIONS! to Bob on moving up 
in the Ham ranks and gaining access to the HF Ham bands!
