[FARC] 146.64 Repeater Back on the Air

Apparently the "back on the air" status for the .64 machine this
afternoon was short-lived. After I got off-line from posting the
previous email to the reflectors, I got a phone message from Eric N8AAY,
reporting that the repeater was not responding to transmissions. I can
confirm that I'm not able to bring it up from here in Mt. Airy.

Back to the drawing board.

Because the machine is located in the EOC, hands-on diagnostics will
have to wait until next Monday at the earliest.

Sorry for the false alarm.
