[FARC] 146.64 Repeater Back on the Air

The FARC 146.64 repeater was put back in service today at around 4 PM.  
Eric N8AAY tested autopatch, and all appeared to be in order. 

Please feel free to exercise the machine.

If you encounter any problems or believe that the repeater may be 
interfering with another repeater (e.g. the Pine Grove, PA machine, the 
input of which matches our output), please post a notice back here, or 
better yet, contact me or Eric directly. 

A very big thanks goes to Bob N3UHD for diagnosing the transmit-side 
problems, doing the needed repairs and even adding a (decidedly 
non-Motorola-authorized) cooling enhancement to the rig.  I wish I'd 
thought to bring my camera to get a picture of what Bob came up with to 
keep air moving around the business end of the transmitter.  Very cool.  
(Pun intended, of course.)
