[FARC] APRS Balloon Launch

On WED 25 July will be an APRS balloon launch from the DELMARVA
peninsula near Salisbury Maryland.  East coast launches are
rare.

AMSAT volunteers will operate an HF net also on 3860 KHz during
the launches.  Local coordination will be on the 146.82 repeater
(PL 156).
