[FARC] RE: Red Cross Background check update

FYI.  

The Red Cross background check issue continues...

Indication has it that RED CROSS will be nixing the credit check report and
spontaneous volunteers along with affiliated (ARES) and supported agency
volunteers have a 7-day period that they can work without a background
check.

I will post more as soon as I see a more formal statement either from Red
Cross or ARRL.
