[FARC] FARC K3ERM repeater status

Effective today the FARClub K3ERM 448.425 repeater has been DISABLED.  It
was found by Joe, N3PAQ, Phil, W3ICF, Al, KB3MKJ and myself to be
interfering with the FARGroup 444.800 repeater.  

 

Additionally the FARClub K3ERM 146.640 repeater is continuing to operate on
very low power output.  

 

Both problem situations will be addressed as soon as possible
