[FARC] K3ERM Club Station was KB3ONM's First Contact

I was operating the Frederick Amateur Radio Club station 
last night, preparing to check into the MEPN & ARES nets, 
and I heard a new call on the 147.06 repeater, KB3ONM.  I 
responded with the K3ERM call sign and had a nice QSO, 
which happened to be his first QSO.

In honor of KB3ONM's first contact, I will send him an 
ARRL First Contact Award certificate from K3ERM.
