WB3KDS (Jackie) and anyone else who may be interested in setting up 
Echolink.  The Echolink website is www.echolink.org.  This site tells you 
how to download, install, and set up Echolink on your computer.  It also 
tells you how to do the simple callsign validation procedure which can be 
done via telephone.  The site has even been updated for Windows Vista users.

For hardware you'll need a computer with a soundcard, an internet 
connection, and some type of microphone, desktop or headset boom.  Once 
you're all set up you can talk to the world, no radio necessary.

There are various Echolink gurus in the area depending on what you want to 
do.  W3ICF (Phil) and N3RO (Rick) are your best bets.
