[FARC] FM Packet

Hello all, since I've set up and run PSK31, RTTY, CW, and SSTV I'm ready to 
give VHF Packet a try.  W3FDK Roland sent me an E-mail a while back 
regarding accessing the Frederick area packet....bulletin board? and some 
VHF frequencies but I've mislaid it and the E-mail is gone.  I just talked 
to W3FDK today and he gave me the frequencies but I've forgotten them since 
this morning...duh.

I'm using MIXW software and there is no documentation on how to use Packet. 
Anyone have any ideas how to get started?  Hardware connections should be 
ready to go, I think.
