[FARC] Anyone Have Old Call Books?

Bill Horine is looking for the use of an old Call Book (remember those?) 
from the 1981-1986 time frame. 

According to the new no-code rules, Technician license holders from that 
era can now upgrade to General with no exam.  The written exams for Tech 
and General were identical back then.

If the Ham can't locate the actual license paperwork, a page from the 
Call Book listing their name and license level will suffice, since the 
Call Book was a semi-official published document that was based on FCC 
records.
