Joe,
Thanks so much fo the info.  I will print it out and  pin it to my wall in
the shack for reference.
I am sure that CW can still be used on any ham frequency providing the
operator has the proper license. Rarely but surely it is sometimes necessary
to swithch to CW when one can not get through on SSB. So called phone bands
have always been equally shared with CW operators.
