[FARC] New FCC Rules Effective December 15, 2006 at 12:01 EST

There are a lot of minor changes and a few major ones, the biggest being
changes to the band segments on 80, 40, & 15 meters.

80/75 meters
Extra CW/Data 3500 to 3600, CW/Phone/Image 3600 to 4000
Advanced CW/Data 3525 to 3600, CW/Phone/Image 3700 to 4000
General CW/Data 3525 to 3600, CW/Phone/Image 3800 to 4000
Novice/Tech+ CW Only 3525 to 3600

40 meters
Extra CW/Data 7000 to 7125, CW/Phone/Image 7125 to 7300
Advanced CW/Data 7025 to 7125, CW/Phone/Image 7125 to 7300
General CW/Data 7025 to 7125, CW/Phone/Image 7175 to 7300
Novice/Tech+ CW Only 7025 to 7125

15 meters
Extra CW/Data 21,000 to 21,200, CW/Phone/Image 21,200 to 21,450
Advanced CW/Data 21,025 to 21,200, CW/Phone/Image 21,225 to 21,450
General CW/Data 21,025 to 21,200, CW/Phone/Image 21,275 to 21,450
Novice/Tech+ CW Only 21,025 to 21,200

10 meters changed a little too
Novice/Tech+ CW/Data 28,000 to 28,300, CW/SSB Phone 28,300 to 28,500

I guess we will enjoy some more phone privileges, but some of my CW activity
will have to move, I won't be able to check in to the Maryland Slow Net on
3717 anymore.
