[FARC] meeting/workshop reminder

Just a reminder of the FARC meeting and J pole workshop this Monday, 7PM, at
the Animal Control building. Phil also would request that anyone planning to
build a J pole during the workshop bring basic tools including a soldering
iron. Again, anyone in the amateur radio community is cordially invited to
participate.
