Dear Sister Amateur Radio Clubs:

Your members or friends who wish to become Amateur Radio Operators or
upgrade from Technician to General Class are cordially invited...

The Carroll County Amateur Radio Club will be holding Technician and
General License theory and Morse Code classes beginning 10/20/02 and
ending 12/1/02.  All sessions will be held on Sunday evenings.  The FCC
exams following the 'semester' will be administered on Thursday,
12/5/02.

The classes will be held at the Carroll County Emergency Services
Training Center, Washington Rd. at Kate Wagner Rd., Westminster, MD

Class times:   Technician Theory - 5:00pm to 6:00pm
               Morse Code (5 wpm) - 6:00pm to 7:00pm
               General Theory - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

Pre-registration is preferred, but as always, walk-ins are welcome.
