What VHF LAN frequency are you using in GVL? What UHF frequencies
are planned for Gainesville to Keystone and Gainesville to Ocala
9.6kb backbones?
My (quick) observation is that your PSAP office site is 20 miles from
Keystone Hts and not more than 40 from Ocala. With the 100 ft (agl?)
antenna height I'd think you will make Keystone easily and perhaps
Ocala on 9.6kb UHF.
How large an ARES group do you have locally that will be supporting
EMCOMMs?
