[FADCA] FPAC expanding

Charlie, I am ready to set up an FPAC node here in the Asheville, North 
Carolina area as well as a RMS Packet station.

I have the computer for the RMS Packet station but need to get newer 
software (new versions since I put together the computer.)  It is a XP 
Pro machine but I think you are doing LINUX RMS stations, is that right?
