This does impact us. 9k6 is predicated on a 25KHz channel, and even
the 1k2 stuff is setup for 5Khz dev. Looks like they are going to try to
push our links out of the 440 and 441 spectrum.
Unless we use 4 level FSK (4LFSK) a 12k5 channel will only support
4k8 b/s... We have to keep the 25Khz channels if we want to keep the
speed, or we will have two coordinate two channels side by side.
