This is probably a good idea since I used Bernard mini Howto to get
setup and found somethings that need corrected.

Bub,

I wasn't keeping my setting a secret, you should have sent me a email.
I would be glad to share with everyone as I said befor these setting 
are a bit agressive since they are only being used for non RF paths.

These setting should be tweak to work with the station around you they
are only a basline to start with.

I believe these setting are in ms... someone please correct me if I am
wrong as I would like to know for sure.

T1/FRACK - How long to wait before retransmitting an unacknowledged 
frame.

t1_timeout =1000

T2/RESPTIME - The minimum amount of time to wait for another frame to 
be
              received before transmitting an acknowledgement.

t2_timeout = 100

T3/CHECK - The period of time we wait between sending a check that the 
link
           is still active.

t3_timeout= 100

N2/RETRY - How many times to retransmit a frame before assuming the 
connection
              has failed.

maximum_retry_count= 5

Window/MAXFRAME - The maximum number of unacknowledged transmitted 
frames.

maximum_packet_length= 7
