[FADCA] Cross-over cable

I've been troubleshooting the Orange park host this week. Two TNCs
wouldn't talk to the host. The problem turned out to be the cables.
Someone had supplied cross-over cables instead of straight thru wired
cables. That fix is easy... replace them.

So now I have the problem solved... what do I do with all my spare time?
Fool around with the two spare ports? But, I don't have enough TNCs! I
could test the incoming call requests, but I don't have any radios!

Ahhhh, but I do have a unused cross-over cable. I can just jump from one
port to another with the cross-over cable and talk to myself.

And what do you know... it works! This trick can be used to
test/troubleshoot w/o all the extra hardware. Just be sure to Label
the cable so it don't get installed on a TNC.
