Hi, Charlie

No, I've not worked on that at all, favoring the experimental work on the GE 
Rangrs for 9.6kb.

I'll re-add that USER manual to my task list - but the list is growing 
rather than getting shorter!

Has anyone added BARTOW routing to the Orlando FPAC for me?  The Orlando 
switch is so stable I pay very little attention to it!
