At this point in time Bartow has only one link into the FPAC network.
That is thru me. I set up a second link to Arcadia, but it hasn't come
up 100% yet. The test I made last weekend were Excellent! I had no
problem connecting to "The World"

This week has not been a good one for the Citrus node.
Monday the HD developed a hic-up that won't let it boot
from the HD. It starts, but hangs up. I have booted the system on a CD
and chrooted (changed the root) to reference the HD file system.
However, the reference don't always apply and the apps sometimes run off
into the rough. I intend to move some HDs around re-install the os this
weekend.

I uploaded the latest CD iso yesterday. You will find it @
n4zkf.com/fadca/FADCA-CD.0.7.4.iso. This will be the last version based
upon Knoppix 3.7. and kernel 2.4.27. I am presently working on Knoppix
5.01 with kernel 2.6.16. The basics have been layed out, but I keep
running into problems. The problems are due to a lack of HD space. I
plan to rectify that situation later this week with the purchase of a
80Gb drive.

I also uploaded the latest DOCS for the CD apps.

Bud...
Did you do anything in the line of User manual. Evans ask about a USer
manual and All I could come up with was my OLD revision of the DOS manual.

Chuck & Jack...
It looks like we will need a plan to manage AXIP links.

From what I can gather, it will be a while before we will see Linux
FPAC do alternate routeing. Bernard has spoken to JP about the problem,
but apparently JP doesn't plan to do any more work on the code. Bernard
has promised to look into the code himself, but is not a code smith.
