[FADCA] Orlando Status

The reason I asked this is for remote maintenance. I see two conditions
existing:

1. Switch is at a site that can not be entered without special
arrangements/planning/permission or it is some distance from the sysops.

2. The switch has been set up by someone who get it started from a
package but does not have enough experience and knowledge of LINUX to
complete the set up or maintain puzzling problems.

I use the example of the IRLP sites. They are set up and installed by folks
who may not be whizzes with LINUX. The set up and updates are handled by
system administrators remotely over the internet. This has allowed that
system to be set up in areas where there are not programming and LINUX
knowledgeable HAMS.

We could put a frame grabber on it and a camara, then you could look at
a sequence of frames and see what the TNC is doing...

"the only dumb question is the one you DID NOT ask resulting in my going
out and having to identify your bits and pieces in the midst of torn
and twisted metal."
