[FADCA] More on X.121 address's on the web site

Some of the information that is out of date is due to information being 
submitted on new devices and nothing mentoined about older devices in some 
instances.  I don't know if this is a case of that, but it happened a lot.

As directors are reviewing the database, I had sent a copy of the data base 
to all directors some time before I turned over the cooridnation to Neil, 
but devices that no longer existed were not always brought to my attention 
when new coordinations or updates were sent in. Often the data submitted at 
that time did not match what was already in the data base and it was 
difficult to determine which data was still good.
