Hi Doug

Can you please send this information to our Database Manager so Neil 
can remove it?
This goes for all Directors. Please go through your districts and see 
what is up and what is not and get the information to Neil so he can 
update the database so it is current. Then he can send the updated 
file to Free to put on the web site.

I would also ask once again for ALL sysops to please send in NEW 
coordination paperwork for your devices so we can have a good 
database to work from. This is very important that we get this done. 
There is so much mismatched information in the database that it makes 
it very hard for Neil (and Russ when he had the job) to work with the data.
Let's all help Neil out so he can build a NEW database so we can 
remove all the junk.

It is going to happen soon that if your information isn't current it 
will be removed and your device will no longer be coordinated.

21. FADCA reserves the right to de-coordinate a device under the following
conditions:
e. Any device that has not submitted a status update report within
the last three years is subject to immediate de-coordination. If
mail sent to the latest address appearing in the FADCA Data Base
is returned undeliverable, and if the date of that address
appearing in the data base is three or more years old, the
coordination shall be deleted immediately on the date the mail is
returned.
