[FADCA] Network Status - E Central Florida

Ok, I read your response as being ready. I have a good radio link to STA
but the link to Jacksonville is still not satisfactory. I would like to get
STA to Orange Park up to 9600 even if the link to JAX from Orange Park is
not good. That will come.
