[FADCA] Ft Pierce FPAC moved to EOC

Hi All

We are finally getting things moved around here.
Today during our nuclear drill I worked on getting the Fort Pierce FPAC 
switch moved to the EOC.
Right now I only have two ports on it 145.530 and 223.400. I can now 
connect with WPB again. I'm going to be getting the 440 port to Vero hooked 
up soon.

Once I get everything in place I'll send in all NEW coordination paperwork 
for the site. On that note, If you haven't filled out COMPLETELY NEW 
coordination paperwork for your site please do. We are in a BIG need to 
(must) get our database up to date and remove all the dead wood. I'll let 
Russ send out his message again for all to see on this topic.
