[FADCA] DX Cluster connection enabled

In the commands that are part of the list (you can add commands and
functions as you need, sometimes you have to use your head and
think about how to do it) is the CLuster command, all it does is cause
a connection to go out to a packet cluster node, I have enabled it to
link to one that is over in France, hop from the F5KBW switch. If any
of you want to use it or just watch it a bit you can link to it. Next
step will be to put up something similar on this end so we can take
advantage of the higher efficiency link between cluster apps and then
let the users connect to the local device.
