[FADCA] Remote Control/Access pays off

Today I noticed I could no longer get to the Deland FPAC switch - it has 
been running w/o any glitches since the last site visit a week ago.  No 
ports would respond.  Likely the computer was not running.

I accessed the site via the Touch Tone controller on UHF and had the switch 
back on the air in less than two minutes.

While a trip for me to that site is only a 30 minute drive - I could not 
have made the trip for a week as we are busy getting ready to leave town 
Thursday!

The other two sites Charlie and I manage would take a minimum of half day 
involvement to visit!

Pays off.
