[FADCA] Update on W4MBL-8/9 FPAC switch plans

The box of TNCs arrived yesterday from PCARS (thanks, Karen).  Once the dual 
band VHF/UHF antenna is replaced and a UHF beam installed toward Orlando, 
N3PPC and I will make a trip to Melbourne and get the switch back on the 
air.  Due to traveling commitments this will not be until after June 10th. 
Will coordinate with Karen and Eric before the trip.
