[FADCA] Linux Telpac code compiled...

	Bud said it was available at the digital meet last week but *I have been
searching "hi and low" for it on the net and didn't come up with a link.
Trying to build a minimal system to use both TelPac and FPAC at the same
site on one box (Linux of course!). What distro are you using? I've been
looking at both Knoppix 3.79( Ham version) and Gentoo (for minimal install).
