Trying to initialize TNC get the message "Could not store parameters in 
Register"
Three times I have cleared the program from disk and run registry repair and 
downloaded a new file for 1.2.0.
I have changed the KPC3_1.aps, Banner_1.txt, AGWBeacon to my system.
I have tried running the TNC in both terminal and Kiss mode with the same 
results.
Log TNC comds, Log Monitor, Log Telnet are all checked.
Connection Status shows:
Last Auto Check in to KN6KB.no-ip.com.
Log on the screen shows:
APRS report sent to firenet.us
Send Data: kg4fcd-10 wl2k Telnet Client Telpac kg4fcd-10
Data in Winlink 2000 Telnet logon ok.
I have no idea where to look for any other log on the system.
The system is a windows 98 with Kantronics KPC3 TNC.
Somebody have some ideas?
