[FADCA] Linux FPAC "IS" working

Bill,
I fixed another on you had. In your axports file you had port 9 with a
sside of 19, remember that the protocol does ot allow ssid's higher
than 15, so I went in and set it to -15 and also octothorped the
line out as you are not using axip yet. As soon as we have axip
set up we can then start using it. Now we just have to get rid of the
nr error messages that appear when you attempt to log into fpacnode.
