[FADCA] Another small Step

I just tested a "converted" Knoppix AFU distro.
As you all know, Knoppix AFU was created for the
German Amateur Broadcast Union and the default language/kbd is
German.

I edited the boot-up file to change everything to English & created a 
new ISO image. Yes, it is easy, but takes an hour or so to accomplish.
I does not yet yeald a system that is Plug & Play, but is is a step in 
that direction.

I plan to have this CD available at the TC.
