[FADCA] Another port on the air in Fort Pierce

Hi All

I now have a 9k6 port up and running from the EOC in Fort Pierce 
connecting to WPB on 440.075.
I still have some tweaking to do but it is working. For the time 
being I have turned off the 220 port to give this port a workout...

Now to go to the FADCA web site and do my NEW coordination paperwork!!!!
Get ready for it Russ you will be getting paperwork for 2 fpac switches.
