[FADCA] FPAC Netmanager files and FPAC page

Hi All

We are going to start including the FPAC net manager files on the DOS FPAC
page www.qsl.net/fpac
Right now the page is a bit out of date so I'll have to start working on
that. If you notice at the bottom of the map page there are a few links
that are working that you can see the info directly as to what the ports
are in the network. I can make these for anyone that would like to see
their switch listed. The info will only be there if you have current
UPDATED/NEW coordination paperwork turned in to the Database Manager. You
can do this on line for FADCA at www.fadca.org.

We have been asking for a long time for EVERYONE to send in totally NEW
coordination paperwork for their sites and we haven't seen that many come
through. PLEASE take the time to get the database up to date.

There will be a time just down the road that if you haven't done any
paperwork on your site it will be dropped from the database. This is
nothing new, we just haven't been enforcing our FADCA policies...and we are
going to start to do so...
