[FADCA] Network Status

Was looking at the network it appears that SRQ is gone. I do not see it in
the heard logs, I do see Arcadia and depending on conditions we can
link to it during certain times of the day. Guess there is no path east from
Arcadia.

We have to get paths out of Tampa. We could use the internet link I
have to the Linux switch but would prefer that we try to get a path back
up across the state again.
