Hi

Looking at the FADCA web site we only show the minutes from Jan 96. bud can 
you look at the files and see where we had OUR meeting that talked about 
the new band plan being approved. I'm sure we will need those minutes. The 
FRC web site is missing the Sept 95 minutes and the 1996 minutes so there 
is no way to check what happened at their meetings after the 95 meeting on 
their web site. Anyone have the old FRC newsletters from that time?
