[FADCA] Shell for Linux FPAC

I just finished newfpac.sc.
It looks like a working script.
There are no error checking routines on the inputs. It doesn't generate 
the Alias & Users sections, but it does generate All the files needed in 
/etc/ax25/ they are named tst.* where tst replaces fpac.

The only other file that needs to be edited is /usr/sbin/fpac.sh.
There is still lot-ah work to be done, but this is a start.
I sent a copy to Chuck & Bill. If anyone would like a copy pse drop me a
