TNC is fixed. I changed it out and still had the same problem... Now

If you can't see anything Chuck give me a call and we can talk about 
it. Any chance that my isp might be blocking it?? They shouldn't be.

Nothing wrong with the radio Chuck.
After switching everything around I found that I had a blown ground 
fuse in my main line and I only had a ground for everything through a 
ground loop. All is working fine now except for the axip. I'm about 
ready to add the 440 Tait into the mix and see what happens. I'll 
have to put it into a dummy load for now.
