[FADCA] N4XEO site status

I logged in around 1030 and started chaseing code.
About noon I had the ax25 ports configured and working.

Bill confirmed that the TNCs were working.
He has a flaky TNC on port 0.

Around 1400 the telpac was reporting automatically and the system
reboots w/o any problem. Fpac is up and running and ready for tests,
but we have the same ol problem with the axip linking. I can see bill's 
SABM frames here and @ Orlando and Arcadia. All three sites reply with UAs,
but they never arrive @ Bill's place.

About 1500 hrs Bill confirmed that port 10093 is open for udp.
Chuck... your services are needed for tblshooting there.

Bill has a few issues with TNC/radios.
We'll leave him to fussing w/ that.

Meanwhile, I'll keep working with house keeping and adjusting the routing.
