Probably the best thing is to get the CD and install it and then Charlie
can go in and work his magic. If you have a local Linux guy get him talking
to Charlie so that he can do any stuff that needs to be done at the machine.
He needs someone to tell him when the TNC flashes leds and activates radios,
he can see the RX on the listen screen if the TNC is on a active channel.
