Chuck the win default is 30 minutes I believe for reporting (I'll
double-check)... and it's updating like it should.

  Just trying to point out that:
	1) the map page could be broke on the winlink server
	2) could be where the data is coming from (who is he connected to??)
	3) The status link seems to have current data (at least my station)

old stuff and not current data.
