I am not sure about the windows TelPac, but the Linux one does not update
automagicly, you need to set a timer in crontab, charlie caught mine, I was
not updating it fast enough. Looks like it needs to be updated a bit faster
than evey 12 hours. Mine is now set to update every 8 hours and it stays
green all the time.
