Thanks. I did not make the association.

I also heard from Bud with additional information.

How do we want to go about getting the addresses established?

Bill and other Directors, I think it would be good to have a single point of 
contact to convey the information to him so that if we want addressing 
associated with, as Bud stated earlier, "the IP address assignments for the 
state" were previously done in a manner that "tried to more or less map 
blocks of class C addresses to area codes" so that "the it would be" much 
easier to map between X.121 and IP addresses." And, as you said earlier, it 
"would make the translation of addresses a bit easier."
