[FADCA] W4MIN back on the air!

I was at the Okechobee switch site today since I maintain a couple of paging
transmitters there. Power has been restored to the area and that is the good
news...bad news is that the tower is a mess, there are several antennas that
are about ready to fall off and several pieces of feedline swinging in
mid-air. The front door has fallen off and is just proped back up against
the opening left, huge gaps for rain and critters to get in.
The good news is that the switch is NOT the first thing in the door, that is
the bad news for the Okeechobee Repeaters that are protecting the packet
equipment...Spoke to N4XEO as I was leaving the site and apparently the
switch antenna is a tri-band antenna, and after doing a survey of the tower
I did not see any ham looking antennas that were damaged, as long as it is
not a feedline problem it may just be the switch that locked up and needs a
re-boot. Since a note on the PC states the last person caught messing with
the PC was shot I did not re-boot, I shot enough snakes in the morning at
Palm City tower, was not looking for the OK corral in the afternoon.

I was successful on Monday on re-installing coaxes and antennas at my EOC.
The W4MIN and the KN4YT switches are fully functional again. When I try and
connect across the state to N4XEO, I can not get any further than KK4LI. Is
K4OKE off the air?
My next project is getting PACLINK working again.
