Evans, it would not be likely that 9k6 would be possible on 220. The higher you can get the beams the better the links willl be.
I am the frequency coordinator. I will look at the vhf frequencies that are in the area (we have a 85 mile separation between devices on vhf on the same frequency unless there is an agreement between systems) and the links from you to your neighbors will need to be coordinated.
I will get back with you on the frequencies.
