Dave,
What do you get as a insider when you make a attempt? We all know what
really motivates them ($$) But there are other things that do so. There
is the case of AT&T after the floods up in KY, OH along the Ohio River,
they were suitibly impressed with the amateur activities (and some tax
relief) that they offered tower space for amateur groups who where inv-
olved in emergency work.

Perhaps that is how the creature has to be dressed.
