[FADCA] TelPac Nodes

Internet explorer. Freeman Crosby, suggested I used another computer. I
switched to the windows 98 SE machine I am running Telpac on and it worked
fine.  The first computer, the one that I tried 5 times, is an XP.

Thanks, it took it when I switched computers.
